Initial Public Offer (IPO)
IPO is a means for a company to get listed on stock exchange, and allow its share to be listed on stock exchange. When a company offers its equity to the public for the first time, it is called Initial Public Offering (IPO).

After filling the form, it is to be submitted to the collection centres or the collecting bankers to the issue.
