Demat account & Trading Account. A trading account is used to place buy or sell orders in the stock market. The demat account is used as a bank where shares bought are deposited in, and where shares sold are taken from.

In which segments can a client open an account with IIFL?

Who all can open a Trading and Demat account with IIFL?

How to Update GST Online for a client through AAA?

One cannot update GST details through AAA for a client.

However, it can be updated after referring to the circular updated in FAN IWIN dated 27 june 2017 related to "GST Implementation" and arrange to send hard copy at Thane office in the name of 'Modification Department'

Client can also update the same by login to Trading Terminal >>My Account>>profile>>My details>>Registered for GST

How to download GST Invoice for clients?

Client can download the same from TTweb - My Account - Tax invoice option.

How to raise request for Trader Terminal (TT)

For TT, kindly contcat to your BDM

How to change Client brokerage through AAA?

One cannot change client brokerage through AAA.

It can be done by raising a request in CRM>>WEbWire>>Entry>>Brokerage Exception & contact to your BDM

How to do group Change of clients ?

Need below Documents for group change:-

1) Group change letter available on below URL :-

2) 3 month signed ledger copy from client.

Group change process :-

1) ​​Hard copies (Group change letter & ledger statement) Need to be send to Thane office in the name of Mr.Nilesh Darji, Siddharth Sutar and Viral Shah.​
2) Raise the request In CRM for group Change, once the documnet deliver to respective Dept..

New Delivery Instruction (DIS) Copy Required. Pls help

Kindly provide hard copy of DIS Requisition Format and pan card copy (sepf attested by client with branch in person stamp) at Andheri Akruti Center office Address.

How to apply for BuyBack

Buyback cannot be applied via AAA. It can be applied online.

Process to apply online through TT Web :- Select Market >> Offer to Buy (OTB) >>Click on Sell button to apply in OTB>>After click on Sell, One window will open for apply in OTB. 
Click to apply button after selecting DP id where holding is available and place order for eligible quantity or available quantity as on date / record date. 

And client can also send from his mail id to CS@iifl.com with qty of shares & DP Id No

Important Pointers for Online bidding for buyback, takeover and delisting offer:-
1.DP POA is active.
2 UCC is active. 
3.Holding is available in client DP since record date. 
4.Available margin is positive with additional charges requirement of 0.75% of transaction value.
5.Online bidding will be available till 2.00 pm and bid will send to the exchange for same day execution. 
6.On last day of the offer ensure bids are placed before 2.00 pm else bid will not be send to the exchange.
7. After bid placement with IIFL, please check the order book for rejection / exchange confirmation. 
8. Entire bidding process takes minimum 45 minutes time.

What is the Account Closure process?

Client need to clear debits in ledger & Nil the Holdings. FAN need to collect closure form from client & dispatch to Andheri Akruti office in the name of DP team.
