I am facing Hardware problems like Tab getting discharged, Tab not opening, etc. Please help

Is my tab under warranty? If yes, for what period?

All TABs are under warranty for one year from the date of Procurement. Below is the detailed process to be followed :

1. Please call Tech Support > raise a Ticket > after Tech confirmation > Take Tablets to designated Service Center provided by Tech support team.

2.  At the Lenovo Service Center, while submitting the Tablet, provide following details : 
• Username
• Contact Number
• Address 
• Company Name : IIFL
• Note : Registered Email ID is already available with Lenovo Service center and user need not provide this.

3. Once the Tablet is submitted at the Lenovo Service Center, the cost of Repair will be sent to the Central IIFL Team in Mumbai. The Central team will review/approve the cost of repair. Once repaired, the user can collect the Tablet post intimation from Service center team. If the tablet is beyond repair/if cost of repair is too high, replacement will be sent by Tech support team.

My tab charger is not working. How can i get it checked/ replaced?

User can buy another Charger locally and claim reimbursement.

Why is the app asking me to login again and again?

This is because there is an inbuilt feature to time out/log out after an inactivity of 30 mins. However, one can change this time to as per the given available options under 'More > Settings > Time Out Session After'. This facility has been added for your convenience.

How can I increase or decrease the session expiry in AAA?
This can be done by going to

'More > Settings > Time Out Session After'

My data is connection is not working/working slowly. Why?
Every Jio/Airtel connection comes with the following monthly plan:


- Unltd. voice calls
- 100 SMS
- 20GB 4G data

Once u exhaust your data usage, your data connection stops working or works in a throttling manner
Can i make calls through the tabs to my clients?

Calling facility from the tabs are enabled only for Sub-brokers and FANs. RM's are not allowed to place calls via AAA. They can place it via the Nokia handsets given to them

My browser is showing blocked for many sites. Why?
The AAA Tab is your "Office". We are sure you would'nt like to slow it down through virus attacks, advertisements etc from other websites. 

So we have protected your tab from all such viruses and malwares to ensure that you function ANYTIME ANYWHERE.

I am unable to download apps from the app store. Why?

The google account through which your android tab is logged in is a work account which restricts downloading apps other than that of work. This list of apps is controlled by IIFL and hence no apps other than work related can be downloaded

I am unable to open my personal gmail/yahoo, etc. mails from the browser in AAA app? Why?

All AAA tabs are ME MDM version apps which restrict access to many categories of websites like ymail.com, gmail. com,etc.
